The 4 speed car has been painted black. The Automatic
car (Wallace car) has been undercoated, hard to tell, but it does look like the vertical bars could be natural. The sway bar has to much undercoat to tell. Tom K.

The three bars I have all don't appear to be painted, mostly just dirty natural appearance. One, off a 73 nova ss still has not seen much of the elements and retains some paint stripes in blue and possibly green as I recall but not painted overall.
