It might be NOS but it is not correct for that car. It looks like a 68 big block decombobulator to me. It's the same one that is on my 68 Beaumont.

No, no, & no. They changed over in 69 so that what was used on the 68 big blocks went on the 69 small blocks. Let's keep this misinformation to a minimum so we don't get some poor soul putting the wrong decombobulator on his 69 small block. Could cause premature wear of the muffler bearings.
