Hey Joe, don't you have a couple other views of that back lot too?

Yes, i have a couple other views of that same lot... I think the colors are a bit better on the original photos, but still not really true, the fact they are 35+ year old pics probably doesn't help the color any either. There were also some non supercars in the same lot, a station wagon, step van, and an el camino if i recall correctly. Pretty cool that even back then Don thought it was a neat enough "sight" to take some photographs of. Probably the most Yenkos lined up together at one time ever... at least until SCR8....

I see at least 2 factory vinyl top cars among the Camaros...wasn't someone asking about that in another thread?

Darren, its hard to see every car clearly, but it appears the cars were all either "hero or zero"... in other words, it looks like COPO cars and plain janer malibus, trucks, and 4 doors. I don't see any Camaros in the pics that look to be anything other than COPO 9737 cars...not that there's anything wrong with that...

The Hugger Orange X-11 car looks like a good match to mine. By the looks of the trees it could fall into that time frame. Trying to get a count of the X-11 cars produced and it is tough going. Just found my first O2D X-11 Yenko, most of the X-11 cars have been O3B builds.

Any idea what the volume of the standard HP cars were? Wondering since Yenko's niche was COPOS if that had any effect on his volume for Z's and SS cars. Just curious cause with all the Yenko lot pictures I have seen you never see any of those in the background.
