68's were different.Thats a 1969-70 Big car mirror,(Impala etc.)
What is the date code & Manufacturer on the mirror glass?

--------10DMI8. Sorry, thought they also were correct on 68 as that is hand-written on the box. Had this mirror on the door of the LS6 I just sold and the contour and angle of the mirror fit the 1970 door perfectly. I dont know what the difference might be between pass. car and Chevelle!........Bill S

You sold that Chevelle w/o a door mirror..
The mouting base & gasket are the difference,they'll fit anything,but not quite correct.
Decodes as October-Donnelly-1968.

1968 used a three piece remote mirror....Did they ever use it in early 69,Aug or Sept DMI ???
