Not that I condone this,but in B/J defense,they did & do state to all Sellers,Buyers & Spectators before the auction,that all they can do is Verify the VIN# presented on a Vehicle does indeed corolate to that Vehicle.
If there is a dispute,it is between the Buyer & Seller.
