You have 2 options...
There is an aftermarket "A/C Delete" heater box available. I see them all the time on Evilbay. They don't look correct, but it does eliminate the A/C stuff, and covers the Big hole from the A/C heater core. ![]() The other option, is to fab up a piece for the firewall, and cut the opening the correct size, and use the standard heater core, and box. That's what I did on my Nova, and it looks factory.

Sorry, I don't have any photos..at least nothing you could get any info from. I just took a piece of sheet metal, and made a piece from the top "seam" of the firewall at the cowl, to just past where the heater hoses exit the firewall. I had the donor car available, so I knew where, and how big to make the hole for the heater core. Just weld in the piece, grind down the welds, and paint. The heater core cover will "Hide" most of it anyway. A little seam sealer at the original seam, and you're all set. It really wasn't a big deal.
