Thats a Cyclone the question is,is it a Spoiler car?So is it a 69 Spoiler with a 428?

It's hard to say what that car is because it's customized.
Spoilers came in white with blue or red trim. Spoiler IIs had the NASCAR grille. The latter were only available with 351s. |

In 69 the spoiler cars in my opinion are better looking than the 70 spoilers.In 69 you could also get a Dale Yarborough Cyclone those cars came with 390's.

Cale Yarborough Spoilers are the red and white ones. Dan Gurney Spoilers are blue and white. They came with the 351 on up to the 428, but the Spoiler II only had the 351.

Can you tell anything about this car from the pictures? How many Cyclone Eliminators SCJs were built? According to the owner, it is a numbers matching car. Any idea what the car is worth?

There were no Cyclone Eliminators. There were Cyclone Spoilers and Cougar Eliminators. About 2000 of each were made. How many SCJs were made? That's something you'd have to ask Marti Auto Works.
