Thats a Cyclone the question is,is it a Spoiler car?So is it a 69 Spoiler with a 428?

It's hard to say what that car is because it's customized.

Spoilers came in white with blue or red trim. Spoiler IIs had the NASCAR grille. The latter were only available with 351s.

In 69 the spoiler cars in my opinion are better looking than the 70 spoilers.In 69 you could also get a Dale Yarborough Cyclone those cars came with 390's.
