They both could be GM, because they used both kinds of thread inserts. Left is GM, right is ?? maybe GM

resto4u, thanks for the help. I figured the left was GM because it was so much heavier, but was not sure.
The reason I asked this was because the left fits so well with the grill and fender. The right fits like crap so I'm looking for another extension. (And now I realize that square hole is where I thread insert popped out)
