Rare you can say that for sure,
I have owned mine for 24 years finnaly restored it in all that time of car shows, US and Canada I Have only seen 3 documented not Clones L78 s. I also went to many chevelle showdowns in the old days and only saw one. So if there is one out there with the origional motor you might want to talk to your bank manager to mortgage the house. The l78 that has been relisted its a verry nice car How much is it selling for? suprss70 |

Hey, Peter how's the 4:88 doing? I sold this #'s 70 L78 with build sheet about 3 years ago for 24K stupid.... PS I know the the red wheel is wrong but it looke nice in the car.,

Nope. It came that way. I took the car to Chevelleabration? in about 01 and I spoke with a guy who still owned the 1970 L/78 he purchased new and guess what our cars were built on the same day and his had the rocker trim when new also. Everyone told him it was wrong so he took it off when he restored the car. m
