The car was originally Champagne with a black top... Champagne is actually a very rare color on a 69 Camaro, however, they made as many Champagne 69 Yenkos as they made Garnet Red....zero.

10 c with an X-code can't have that vin# either.

10C if its a very late build can have it. You have to remember that the 69 model year was extended. And with a 7xxxxx VIN this car would have a "X" code

I wondered if that read 10C.I thought it could have read 08C or 06C.I thought the first # had tar in it.How did you read it resto4u.I tried zooming with windows picture and fax viewer.

The interior doesn't match the trimg tag. It looks like 711 interior on the trim tag.

711 is black right,I read it as 715=std dark blue and thats worse for 63-B=champagne+black vinyle top.
