You can't be sure if this was the straight skinny or not, but she seemed forthright to me. My question to her was: Could you tell me the ball park of what the car went for? She said w/o hesitation that the price was $50K.
Quality had to be driver here. I never got excited about '71s until I saw this beauty. If someone had told me that I wld be bowled over by a gold 71 'velle, I wld have not believed them. I am a fan of the LS5 motor as it has good punch, you gotta love the torque, and it is quite reliable. Sam

I have to agree. That car is gorgeous. I never used to be a fan of that color...my 1st car was a '74 Camaro in Placer gold and I hated it at the time. It has really grown on me since.
Now, I'd like to find a 74 Z in the same color to replace it.
