I would be willing to bet that most of these un accounted for peices are in the Michigan area, last year when I was calling people ALL kinds of confusions were coming out about who took what out the back door. If I took notes, I don't remember what I did with them. I think Yash had the line on some of it. Tracking the peices down wasn't my mission, so I didn't take as much care with the information as I should have.

Dang it!!!

Wow, this has really turned into a Pontiac party! Break out the cast rods!

Tom, do you know about the 69 RAV Trans Am that was out in California a couple years ago, and was recently sold to Joe from the Parts Place back here in Illinois?

Here's the original 69 GTO RAIV prototype air cleaner. A little overkill, huh?

I'm not sure what this was for or even where I got them, hope I haven't posted yet. Some one may know what they were for?

Tom

I didn't get my HPP yet, but some one I know did. I understand congratulations are in order.

I did get my Feb/Jan 2005 Pontiac Enthusiast and about fell out of my seat when I read Jim Wangers article.

This is out of the Muscle Car Enthusiast Jan 2005 that was quoted in another thread by MR70, it is a great article and you should check out the entire thing if possible. Mr. Schorr is a knowledgable and respected car enthusiast, and I'm not really sure what this means. I agree with Tom that exhaust would have been an issue. George Delorean would have known a little bit about what he told Tom on the manifolds, so it makes me wonder if George's knowledge was from a time prior to Mr. Schorr's accounting of the Milford Grounds?

I can not believe that I am searching the Internet for Nova Super Sport info. and come upon the lengthiest RA V discussion I have ever seen. (In a Yenko Web Site!).

I have not read all of the discussions, but I am very impressed with some of the history that has been dug up. (I think it will take a week of solid reading to go through all the threads)

Steve - I commend your investigation effort!! There has been so many stories of someone knows someone that the real full story is hard to figure out.

If your collecting info on the RAV intakes, My father still has one of the factory high-rise duel 4bls on his 63 Catalina. In fact he probably owns or has owned at least 1 of every RAV piece ever built.
