Default Re: 1970 Yenko Nova trans and bellhousing numbers

Thanks to all who have replied to this post. It is GREAT to get a little history of this car for my buddy.
Marlin/Camaro Joe, Do these cars use a Hurst? or a Muncie shifter?
Actually my friend bought this car about 1 year ago from another Calgary guy who paid big money for this car.
Yes it still has the original springs with the square lumps? It also still has the flowmaster exhaust, which is going.
On another note did these cars use the crossflow muffler-aka- Camaro type?
Marlin, You mention a B.B Trans crossmember and shifter rods, this car has a small block trans crossmember, which is correct?
Also does any one know the driveshaft length? The shaft appears original, just want to know before i spend time and money detailing it and balancing the shaft.

Thanks in Advance.
