By rolling the dice do you mean paying up to Joel or buying the car? It seems like paying Joel is the smart choice since you will have to do it eventually anyway.

I am told the car was sold new by a NY dealer near Rochester about 350 miles from Long Island. That would pretty much rule out a Baldwin connection. Doesn't sound like a particularly good gamble to me at this point, but it's your money.

It is always interesting to watch ebay auctions. Specially when you look at what they have sold and bid on. What a small world it is. The seller and the high bidder at the end of the auction must shop at the same store. They have sold items where pictures were taken in front of the same washer, dryer, and door.

Here is an auction by the high bidder Z282
and here is an auction by the seller of the Camaro monteman83 Also I think if you check the bid history on Z282's item you will find it very interesting (specially the second bidder on the item). Steve |

This item has 0 bidders... [/ QUOTE ] When the auction ended, or was ended, the bid history was zeroed out and the selling price was changed to something like $100. That happens a lot on eBay car auctions. |

The high bidder on the car was Z282. If you look at the bids on the car by clicking on the 0 bid you will see his ID and the bid amount. Then check the links to the auctions I posted and see what you think. One in the same?
