Yes, Windward Blue was indeed a Firebird color that you could special order on a GTO. It was option code SPS and cost $100.05 extra. I have seen 2 and 1 was a RA IV Judge, and the other had a White Vinyl top std GTO.

Looks like my old Judge. Not too many Warwick blue, Blue interior, no console, 4 speed, and ac Judge's around.
I never met the guy I sold it to in person. That must be him in the Judge shirt. I have an orange Judge shirt, I have never seen a blue one. Pretty cool!
