There's a guy on performanceyears.com that claims to have recorded a lot of cars, but he's careless with what he says. He says things as if they're absolutes when there's really no concrete evidence on colors and such.
From my observation, the second most popular color in 1969 is Liberty Blue. In 1970, it seems the popular colors are Atoll Blue, Polar White, Pepper Green, Cardinal Red, and Orbit Orange, in no particular order. Mint Turquoise is most likely the rarest color.
