That was me. Why would you "turn me in"? It is stated in the terms of my auctions that there is a 5% surcharge. I don't check every paypal payment to see if the 5% was paid most of the time; but this time I checked. Only one person included the 5% with payment. I accept paypal as a service to the buyer, I would rather get money orders. I guess I will stop accepting paypal which is a bummer for buyers since it is so convinient. So again I ask, why would you turn me in?
