Jeff,

two years ago I had about 3 months of problems with a guy who sold me a set of junk 074 heads from florida. The BS went on until he was contacted by the USPS concerning a potential mail fraud investigation. Yes I paid with Postal MO's. If it is small money generally you are out but more significant amounts gets the USPS fraud auditors going. If I would not have used Postal MO's I would have been had.

Got my money back-all of it.
