Get insurance from Smith & Wesson.

Since I am back near the city again THAT is the insurance that I got. The dumb ass that tries to bust into my garage will have the worst day of his life.....

Mark, with the quality and value of your cars, you need one of Charleys guard dogs.. Great topic, curious what Charley and Supercars recommends.

Police departments throughout the country consistently report that a barking dog is the best deterrent to residental theft. Even the 'Pros' don't want to deal with a Pit Bull with a bad attitude toward strangers.

My 'Puppy' stays in or around my garage at night or when no one is home.

I'll rent you one of my dogs. Heck, I'll rent you all 4 of my dogs. Heck, I'll just mail them to you in a airtight box. I use the local alarm company with motion detectors, door switches etc.

I have 6 German Shepards. The property is all fenced. 4 of the dogs have free run of the place. The outside dogs have an addition off the main garage that has a bunk bed, heat, and air conditioning piped to it. 2 pretty much live in the house. Most people will not even attemt to come in the gate, even with me standing there telling them its OK. A pack of Shepards makes for a real good deterent. Also have an alarm that has motion detectors, heat sensors, and switchs on all the doors and windows. The alarm is hooked to a siren that sounds like a cop car. Battery backup on the system, and the main panel is hidden.
