Bruce, great pictures and I'm sure everyone thanks you for taking tham and posting them. Does anyone know if the 67 Camaro RS/SS 396 car was a real L78 car or not? It went for somewhere around $37K and if it was a 4K coded car that could have been the deal of the auction. I know it didn't have the original motor, but I was curious to find out if it is a real L78 car. To Bruce!

I did not know the Frost Green COPO is an auto car. Neat drag racing piece!
The Big Block '67 427x435 car was a great price at $155K..! But I cannot get over the '66 big block convertible for $147,000.

I heard Mike Joy call the '67 L78's engine a "small block." Either those Speed guys get tired standing out there all day or they don't know what they're looking at most of the time. Brock Yates uttered some flagrantly inaccurate statements too. You'd think a "car guy" like Yates could get it right more often than he did last night.
I did hear them say that the '67 4K Camaro had a "correct date-coded block," and that the owner had stated that the engine was not the original factory engine. Too bad the guy bolted spoilers on it. |

I was wondering if the 67 was a real L-78 as well, seems pretty good for a real L-78 especially if the engine and all related parts are dated correctly.

Great job Bruce, thanks for the pics. Lets not forget about the 8% premium on all these cars. The olds with the buyers premium + shipping Bla Bla Bla, thats gotta be a record!!. The vettes are doing really well, they have increased from last year, maybe it's the quality and not the car, but so far they seem to be going for some good jing. Did you guys catch that Volvo combat SUV thingy, that was a
