I agree. This car is obviously not an original JL8 car. It is a matching number car that has had the 4-wheel disc brakes added at a later date. Since the rear axle matches the protect-o-plate, you can not really even call it a "service package" since that axle came as a package rear end and had larger bearings, different axle tube ends, etc. He is being vague most likely in the hope that someone will step up with big money.

Said it before and I'll say it again..... Ebay is nothing but a bad joke! Attend any swap meet/car show within your reach. You just might be surprised with the results. At least you can see, feel, smell and touch the car or part in question.
