You can purchase these letters at http://www.buysignletters.com/. You can choose flat or with a mounting stud. There are all sorts of material and finish choices.
For 1 set of 2"-high polished stainless steel the letters for "M A R K I V 4 5 4" cost $398. Same thing in "Simulated Stainless" is $10.98.
