Some key items missing for a 13k mile car, are orig exhaust, shocks and tires. That is not that unusual, but it takes away from the benchmark status of the car and some value.

That doesn't look like a 13,000 mile driver's seat! I bet it's 113,000, and driven for ten years until 1979.
