Done in 68 only, I think. It makes the 68 POP harder to fake.

My 68 POP has that as well. Mine is a Norwood car.

I've seen that POP stamp on 68 Camaros and Chevelles. Seems to be specific to the 1968 model year.
In addition, it looks like both Norwood and Van Nuys used the same system. Correct me if I'am wrong please.
