you know I think only someone that actually owned one of joels cars way back then could really get the laugh out of that that I just did. I about fell out of my chair....!!!

Man ..it's still true today.. only those of us who are really into these awesome machines actually know the history of them and what they truely are.. A neighbor of mine came over the other day and helped me lift the hood of my Olds and we got to talking cars.. He has an '88 Corvette in his driveway he starts up now and then and revs it up for 10 min or so (fogging away all the bugs around it with the oil smoke, but claims it has 500hp)... he considers himself a car guy.. and I attempted to talk Baldwin/Motion Vettes with him that day... ..... and I got a blank stare.. He had no clue.. So I just left it at that and didn't even attempt to explain what one was.... We are a different breed when it comes to these machines... I guess those of us who know.. just know better.
