-Look at this , it's like getting a cut in Shark Infested waters--It was a barbecue/picnic, everybody was laid back,--now cut the crap or I'LL take you downtown and book you both

Joe I love your Chevelle man... Did you ever realize it was such a special machine being a Baldwin/Motion car back then? Or was is just a car that you enjoyed owning? Just wondering if Baldwin/Motion carried the same stigma back then as it does today.. BTW.. you need to give me a ride in that some day. Don't ever sell it.

Actually Bob--There were headlight tinting kits and tinted plastic inserts that guys were putting on their cars just to customize the car--I happened to need real fog lamps(Lucas)--and they worked great---Unfortunately, Missed Woodstock--
Shor--That was a fluke with the license plate number
ED---We just drove them--I never intended to have the car this long--As far as it being special---At the time I just thought being able to order a car loaded with performance options and invoiced thru a dealership as new with a warranty or factory warranty was just neat thing--
Frankie Deuce---You would have fit in with my old crowd just fine--
Thanks Guys for all the jokes and compliments --Joe

Joe,

If your experience back then was anything like mine with my BM Vette, they would just get a blank look in their eyes and say whats a Baldwin Motion? To them it was just a cool car.

There was seldom anyone that really appreciated or even knew just what a BM car was back then. In fact it still is few and far between around here, that know what I am talking about. (Except Ed aka=55chev)

Joe,
I'm sorry I missed this feature when it first went up. Anyone who still owns their special muscle car after so long is truely in a class by themselves.
The car looks great! Now, like I told you, look up Gary and get those pin stripes back on it!

Verne
