Notice no jack slots in the bumper ? It has to wrap around the bumper ..... GTO-DON is onto something, I think ....
I'm an optimist though ... my Mopar bubble is half-full, the rest of the space is taken up with dead brain cells ......

Whom ever was in Charge of that Load rest color,probably is the reason for the Cutlass Inner fender color too.
