 , with the big scoop for the bumper it is has to be for huge bumper, and it swivels in several places to hug the bumper......

i believe its for a 69 olds!! the u69 does mean the year and oldsmobile jacks are painted that color for some reason. 442's have a huge bumper also..JMO
