I spoke to the gentleman with the car today. Told him his best bet was to work with Joel to get the car documented.
Can't believe it has no reserve!

I kinda like the chrome front bumper and the round tail-lights, but maybe double or triple setup- car though--looks like he put a lot of work into it--
