To answer your PM.
Your block shows CE 077328 it decodes to:
C=Chevrolet
E=Engine
0=last digit of the model year,in your case 1970.
77328=Sequence number of that engine.Tonawanda started production from number 50001 to 79999.Yours is the 27,328th unit produced from that plant.
