I got lucky and found that exact SS sterring wheel at a local swap meet last year. Paid $5 for it. It too was cracked, but not beyond repair. What I did to repair it was take some of the marine epoxy (the stuff in the tube that you pinch off a piece and knead it to activate), and filled the cracks. I then sanded it and carefully rescribed the ribbing on the front edge. Then, painted the wheel my medium blue. Came out really good, and cost a whopping $9.00 to purchase and fix. These wheels are out there, and no one really knows what they are. I was picking them up off eBay for a while last year and redoing them like I did mine. I sold a couple to people locally to use. I might be able to find a couple more....hopefully people that have them aren't reading this board (be very quiet all you Iowa folks)! Basically the same as the Pontiac wheel isn't it? I don't know the answer because I have never seen the Pontiac wheels up close.
