The lid looks like someone modified it to accommodate a factory 8track. The two most forward holes, the larger on the left and the center are not necessary. In addition the larger hole towards the right rear should be oblong. The oblong hole is shown in the manual as two 1.38 inch holes next/on top of the other. I have a template for drilling the holes in the lid, let me know if you need it.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I don't think I will put the 8 track back, I am thinking of cloning a 68 Yenko with the car and basic is where it is at on that one. Just wanted to know what I had taking space in my garage. Anyone need the what is left of the harness? Would love to do some swapping or something, TONS of stuff I need.
