Boy do those prices bring back some memories of when I ran Super car's, used car lot here in Tulsa 72-86. I seldom paid more than 3 grand for any older vette unless it was something special.
I just wish I had been able to hold on to all the good ones that I sold back then. I paid just over $6,000 for both of my Motion Vettes but that was back in '73 & '74. Inflation on all of these kind of cars, has gone way past my wildest dreams of what the future prices might bring. I remember well that I was hoping that my Motion vettes would be worth around $60 to 70 grand each someday. Boy was it a supprise what they will bring nowadays. (No they are not for sale, so don't ask) Man some day the tax man is going to make me cry when I have to sell them before I get too old.
