No A/C got you the flex fan, combined with no P/S got you an entirely different braket set up for the alternator which was more compact and sturdy. No A/C also gave you smaller crank pulley and huge water pump, no P/S along with that gave you single groove. Sweet set up.

If you really want a fast car, why don't you get a Pinto. My ex girlfriend had one, may not have been fast on the street but it was in the back seat.

The GTO has a bigger back seat and for fuel you can use Viagra.

Belair It will stay together fine. I just uninstalled one in my Chevelle that I put in thousands of miles ago and it was perfect.

Belair --just curious, did that factory flex fan have a GM part number on it or did GM use an outside source?
