Yes...you follow the rules and post a price...I even tried to calm the situation down and help him sell these things...I had a nasty e-mail from Dante offline but no big deal...this is the place to sell rare parts...and I get the feeling from his e-mail that he knows that...but play by the minimal rules

There's nothing wrong with asking whatever you want for a part or car. It might make people laugh, but that's just their personal reaction and they're welcome to it. A part is worth what someone is willing to pay. I could list my pair of matching dated crossram carbs for $10K and most people would break out laughing. But someone might need them as the last piece to their puzzle and be willing to pay close to that. But the bottom line is that you have to list contact information and a price. No reason for bashing online.

Jeff,I agree, and that is exactly what i said in the first thread in regards to these...You can ask anything you want, and people can scoff at it, or they can pay. God knows I've taken flack for the prices I've sold things for AND for the amounts I've paid for things. Belair's point was just that it is required that a price be posted, Dante did that, and it should been left at that... If you don't like the price, don't buy em...simple as that. Dante, I never once said i have a problem with your asking price, not now and not before... i wouldn't give them away if they were mine either, but there is no reason for anyone to get into a big argument over the asking price of sill plates. Not on the selling OR the buying end.

I'm glad to see this has smoothed over, Chuck is right, I saw this auction over a year ago and I have seen these sell over 3K a pair, These are a IN YOUR FACE part that fit some of the best looking and most desireable musclecarz in the world!! 69 Trans am, RA1 and 2 Firebirds, Z28's Yenko, COPO, Berger, BM, Ect. Ect. If you have to have T3's in your car then you most likely need or at least want a set of these,
