Don't really know anything about the pic, other than it's post accident repair - right on Eric. Tom and Rob Clary own the original pic, so maybe they can add some insight.
Nankivell sold both '69 and '70 Yenko cars, so it may have been there in 70 for some promotion purpose. Nankivell also sold a fathom green ZL1, they had a deuce on each side of it in '70 - but nobody could afford it.

I remember the 2 ZL1's they had and a few 69 Yenko Camaros. I also remember a dark green 70 Deuce with an automatic. If it was here for a promotional appearance I would guess that the picture would have been taken during the NHRA US Nationals.
