Great story  You were very fortunate to even know the name of the original owner in order to do an internet search. Most people can't even get that far. Hope he comes up with some old pics and/or docs for you

Congrats  Doing your homework paid off...and your 'do or die' attitude was certainly a catalyst. Icing on the cake will be if the original owner sends you old photos. If that does happen, please post them on this form so all can see. I for one, enjoy the vintage pictures.
