Default 67 & 68 Camaro Doors

Will 67 camaro doors fit a 68 and will they look the same from the exterior of the car?

I know the interior panels and configuration are different.

67 doors will obviously fit on a 68, but because of the cutout in the top of the door for the vent window on the 67 door the 68 window fuzzies will not fit properly. There is a little raised spot in the outer door skin where the vent window chrome passes into the door. This little bump keeps the window fuzzy from sitting flat on the top of the door. You may be able to flatten it with a bumping hammer and dolly, never tried to do that.

Thanks Mark

I'm actually putting the complete 67 doors on a 68 body for a customer. I wouldn't do it if it were mine but it's his car and that's what he wants.

You that old saying "if the customer is paying for it He is always right".

Aren't the hinge mounting bolts different? 3-bolts for 67 vs. 4-bolts for 68-69? Just out of memory.
