Fathom Green Z21/Z22 cars DO NOT get rocker blackout. Hugger Orange Z21/Z22 cars would get rocker blackout.

Rocker black out was applied to Z22 cars in '67 and '68, and Z21, Z22, and COPO cars in '69. There were some color exceptions...
1967: AA Tuxedo Black EE Deepwater Blue LL Tahoe Turquoise MM Royal Plum NN Madeira Maroon 1968: AA Tuxedo Black EE Fathom Blue NN Cordovan Maroon VV Sequoia Green ZZ British Green 1969: 10 Tuxedo Black 51 Dusk Blue 57 Fathom Green 61 Burnished Brown 67 Burgundy This exception also applied to the Z11 and Z10 cars... |

[/ QUOTE ] I think you're misreading something. Cars were built as the orders were received and parts available. For models like a Z, that was almost all the time.
