I feel for you bro but the only thing that you can do is cough up the dough. Do what ever you can to get the guy to sell. Hell if all else fails I know this biker who lives in Michigan who has some biker buddies that could get this guy to sell in a heart beat. He could make him an offer he won't refuse.
