Have a copy of a Phase III Productions (Baldwin Motion) Catalog and tuneup/information book produced in 1969/1970. Called Top Cat Kit and could be purchased mail order from them. Book was $4.95 back then. It has an update from '69 to '70 and has a RA V article. You can get that article from JeffH here. It has specs for all the cars and what is the best car/class to run in. It appears to be a similar kit to the Royal Bob Cat kit as it included plugs, thin head gaskest, recurving the dist (or the weights and springs to do so) and carb rebuild information/jets/springs etc. needed to rebuild the carb. It had timing specs. I'm not home now but if interested can get more information in about a week.

Pontiac guys did get into trouble drag racing that car with the MFG plate on it. Have a couple of articles on that too.

BTW, there were books that they produced for other makes/models including Ford and Mopar.
