Nope, that's a 70's Camaro shifter.

I didn't know anything else used that 9 hole shifter plate or that shifter, always thought they were 69 Camaro only.

That is a strange shifter combo.....

Charley's looks more like GTO shifter
need side view picture and numbers to tell more
