Actually, I think the #4177 arm spans the '65 through '72 years for both GTO's and Tempests - bench seat cars only, that is why they are so hard to find.
I have two complete shifter setups, less rods, stashed away. It has taken over 5 years to assemble those two setups, one piece at a time!

Nope, that's a 70's Camaro shifter. I didn't know anything else used that 9 hole shifter plate or that shifter, always thought they were 69 Camaro only. That is a strange shifter combo.....
