nope. those are definitely oddballs... My guess is they are either old original era aftermarket pieces, or maybe used on a Canadian or non Chevy model? I know they made some "derby" style rally wheel caps in the mid 70s with no "Chevrolet Motor Division" on them, that were used on the GMC Sprint (el Camino) That's the first thing that came to mind when i saw these...but I've never seen these earlier 68-70 caps without a bowtie...
