Well, I still haven't heard from the famous Mr. Frank Cummings. However, another victim and myself have been able to stop payment on the funds. I just hope everyone effected has the same luck. What a stressful and educational ordeal.
I have filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Bureau of Consumer Protection. Hopefully this guy will be STOPPED.
Thank you to all whom shared information and good luck.

It's been confirmed that some checks were cashed in North Carolina by someone named Diane Sharp.

Sure makes you think twice when you see those identify theft commercials.

I have contacted L.A. Latham of the US Postal Mail Fraud division. I gave him all my information. He requested that anyone else that has lost money fill out the mail fraud form at this address:

https://www.usps.com/postalinspector...dComplaint.htm

He said that they need to know where the people scammed are located and they would probably need to turn it over to the Abingdon VA division office. So please fill out the form.

I'm calling the Abingdon Police right now.

Lets stick together and get these guys!!!!!!!!!!!

Trooper

I dont see why the local police in St. Pete could not get involved in this and simply pick this guy up when he goes to this new address to collect money. Maybe we should all make a deal with him, and send him a sympathy card instead of money, and when he stops by to pick up the money, the local PD should be able to apprehend him. Whatcha think??My only fear in dealing with this guy, is that he will disappear now that he knows he has been marked here and other sites, only to re-appear later under another alias. After emailing with some people that contacted me about the ebay deals gone bad, I feel sure this is the same guy. He went by the name "Frank Langston" when he used ebay.
