68 427 Biscayne (clone)

Here's one for you big car fans! I'm listing this car for a friend, it's a clean, true 40,000 mile 68 Biscayne, originally a 6 cylinder/3 speed car, that now sports a 454 TH400. One repaint on all original sheetmetal. Paint is about an 8 out of 10. Rock solid floors, trunk, etc. Blue cloth benchseat interior is original except for new carpet, 3 spoke steering wheel, and radio. (This was originally a radio delete car.) A true "stripper" car, with manual steering and brakes, non a/c. Lots of new chrome including bumpers, grille, headlight bezels, 427 emblems, etc. Engine is mildly modified, with roller rockers, Doug Thorley headers, Holley 750, aftermarket chrome accessories, etc. 12 bolt 3.73 posi rearend. Firestone Super Sport redlines on 14" factory steelies. This car has nearly every piece of original documentation that came with the car from day one, including TWO build sheets, Protect-O-Plate, Warranty book, and owners manual.
