I corresponded with him before he listed it on ebay. Told him what it was (L65 w/ manual trans). It is unique in that it's a 3 speed and has a 12 bolt.
He totally misrepresents it and cannot correctly interpret what people tell him in emails and books. Look at his feedback too. The 388 block is not rare. It was used as much or more than the 386 block and it can be 2 or 4 bolt. Alan is supposed to be updating that note in his book (which has caused a lot of confusion).
