Great work Frank.
As far as "mistakes" in memory of the old school guys..
When I talk to an old school guy if there are no mistakes It makes me think there is something wrong.
Everyone I ever spoke with that is going by memory of the old days has some inaccuate statements. It is normal. If the old school guy has all facts right, he probably has been reading current info. In my opinion.

Frank,
Great Job, keep it coming. The "Last" Corvette you mention may be a 1969 as he did have the last'69 Tri-power 435hp, Built a few years ago.

"a HUGE storage lot at Diversey and Narragansett"
Based on ssl78's LS-6 paperwork, Mr. Ed was only off by about 4 blocks.

Frank,

Outstanding story

Gives a little credibility to the story about our former Brigance 69 Nova SS originally being sold with a 427 engine Now I wish even more that I had not sold it

Some more raelly neat stuff that I have aquired from Mr Ed! This is an ORIGINAL NOS Brigance dealer decal. The paper that it is printed on is "reflective sheeting" as it says on the back of the decal.

Here is a really neat piece. This is a post card from Brigance Chevrolet showing what the dealership looked like.
