It could be one of two possibilities. There is one that was sold new at Thorstad Chev, and is now owned by Ron Norman of McHenry Classic Parts - undergoing restoration. It's a 4speed without p/s.
The other possibility is one that was sold new at Marve Minneman Chev. in Youngstown, OH. It may have been in the MN or WI area by the mid 80's, but I'm not sure. It is now in central WI, and is a restified driver. It's an a/t with p/s.

I think the guy in central wisconsin has that car. Maybe he will chime in and shed some light on this? Roger

I think that Mike Miller is the owner. I don't think he visits this site. Also has a very nice red deuce. Schonye

The Mike Miller car came from MN via IN.There was a yellow deuce at the 1978 street machine nationals in Milwaukee.I have pictures of it some were.I have heard it is still in WI.Earl

Earl, I think Mike bought that car from Jim Parks. I've seen pics of it with a blk vinyl top years ago. I'd still like to know the story on that one pictured street racing in canada. Sure looks like the real deal. Schonye

Mike bought the yellow auto deuce from Vince.It was a IN car.Vince tells me the yellow deuce I saw in Milwaukee is still in WI as well.Earl

After I posted that I got thinking that it may have been Vince. It was Jim Parks that I was talking to about it at Jefferson in about 89 or 90 when Mike had his red deuce up there. If theres one up there thats pretty cool. I'd like to meet the owner, and see the car. Schonye
